The summary of that version is repeated here.)Authorizes the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, upon licensee request, to: (1) reinstate the license for construction of a specified hydroelectric project in the State of Illinois; and (2) extend the time required to commence project construction for three consecutive two-year periods beyond the date that is four years after the date of issuance of the license.
