Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make the revocation of visas and of other documentation authorizing admission administratively and judicially unreviewable.
Adds revocation of visas or of other documentation authorizing admission to those grounds of inadmissibility supporting deportation (thus making aliens subject to such revocation immediately removable).
