Death Valley National Park Administrative and Visitor Facilities Act of 2004 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire by donation a specified parcel of land (including improvements to such land) in Nye County, Nevada, for inclusion in Death Valley National Park for use for the development, operation, and maintenance of administrative and visitor facilities for Death Valley National Park.
