H.Con.Res.275 - Expressing the sense of Congress that all airport screening functions should continue to be performed by Federal employees and that all employees of the Transportation Security Administration, including Federal airport screeners, should be permitted to engage in collective bargaining and be represented in collective bargaining by a representative or organization of their choosing.
