Authorizes: (1) Michelle A. Panos, or any other current or former employee of Senator Larry E. Craig, to testify and produce documents in the case of State of Idaho v. Joseph Daniel Hooper, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent the employees in the case.
