The summary of that version is repeated here.)Catoctin Mountain National Recreation Area Designation Act - Designates Catoctin Mountain Park in Maryland as the Catoctin Mountain National Recreation Area.Requires the Secretary of the Interior to administer the Recreation Area in a manner that protects and enhances its scenic, natural, cultural, historical, and recreational resources.Directs the Secretary to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Secretary of the Navy for the operation of the presidential retreat, Camp David, while preserving such site as part of the Recreation Area.Authorizes appropriations.
