To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to limit the deduction of Medicare part B premiums from Social Security benefits payments only for months in which Medicare coverage is provided.
Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to authorize deductions of Medicare part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) premiums from social security benefits payments only for coverage in the same month in which the deduction is made (and not for a subsequent month).
