To amend the Trade Act of 1974 to delegate to the Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade the functions relating to trade adjustment assistance for firms, and for other purposes.
Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to extend the authorization of appropriations for trade adjustment assistance (TAA) for firms.
Authorizes the Secretary of Commerce to delegate all of the Secretary's functions regarding TAA for firms, except those relating to certain small business firms, to the Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade.
