(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced in the House of Representatives on January 28, 2003. The summary of that version is repeated here.)Authorizes the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, upon licensee request, to: (1) reinstate the license for construction of a specified hydroelectric project in the State of Illinois; and (2) extend the time required to commence project construction for three consecutive two-year periods beyond the date that is four years after the date of issuance of the license.
