Fort Bowie National Historic Site Boundary Revision Act of 2004 - Modifies the boundary of the Fort Bowie National Historic Site to include approximately 715 acres on the map specified as "Fort Bowie National Historic Site, Proposed Boundary Revision".
Directs the National Park Service to allow public access on the Quillian Well Road to adjacent Bureau of Land Management property.
