To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to extend the authorization of appropriations for the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Restoration Program from fiscal year 2005 to 2010.
Designates the stakeholders conference convened on February 25, 2002, as a management conference convened to develop an estuary management plan for purposes of carrying out the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Restoration Program in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to extend through FY 2010 the authorization of appropriations for the Program.
