Expresses strong concern over the recent signing by a group of Israeli and Palestinian citizens of the Geneva Accord, which compromises the principles of the Middle East Road Map for Peace. Reaffirms commitment to the principles of the Road Map and to the principles outlined by President Bush in his speech of June 24, 2002, as a prerequisite for peace. Encourages the Government of Israel and the Palestinian Authority to return to the Road Map as a framework for a Middle East peace initiative.
