Recognizes the health risks associated with childhood obesity and the spirit of Jacob Mock Doub and his contribution to encouraging youth of all ages to be physically active and fit, especially through bicycling.
Expresses the sense of Congress that "National Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day" should be established in honor of Jacob Mock Doub.
Encourages parents, schools, civic organizations, and students to promote increased physical activity among youth in the United States.
