Commends the men and women of the army's Third Infantry Division (Mechanized): (1) who participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and subsequent military operations in Iraq; and (2) for their role in the fall of Baghdad. Expresses: (1) gratitude to those soldiers' families for their sacrifices during those operations; and (2) condolences to the families of those soldiers who lost their lives while fighting to liberate Iraq.
