A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to increase the amount of the death gratuity payable with respect to deceased members of the Armed Forces.
(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced by the Senate on March 25, 2003. The summary of that version is repeated here.)Increases from $6,000 to $12,000 the death gratuity paid upon the active-duty death of a member of the armed forces.
