Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to include within the definition of a "private nonprofit facility" that is eligible for hazard mitigation and disaster assistance a facility that provides medical services to specific occupational or industry segments of the public and that is operated by a tax-exempt organization.
