Medically Accurate Sex Education Act - Amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA) to prohibit elementary or schools that receive ESEA funds from providing any factual information that is not medically accurate in the course material or instruction for any course on human development and sexuality, including any sex education, family life education, abstinence education, comprehensive health education, or character education.
