(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make the following corrections to the enrollment of H.R. 889 (Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006): (1) strike the current section 414; and (2) insert a new section 414 requiring the Commandant of the Coast Guard to provide terms and conditions for navigational safety with respect to any proposed lease, easement, or right-of-way (including each alternative to a proposed lease, easement, or right-of-way) for an offshore wind energy facility in Nantucket Sound and require, in the granting of such lease, easement, or right-of-way, the incorporation of such reasonable terms and conditions as the Commandant determines necessary for navigational safety.
