Designates the federal building located at 333 Mt. Elliott Street in Detroit, Michigan, as the "Rosa Parks Federal Building."
Designates the annex, located at the 200 block of 3rd Street, N.W., District of Columbia, to the E. Barrett Prettyman Federal Building and United States Courthouse as the "William B. Bryant Annex."
