To amend title 5 and title 3, United States Code, to include the Department of Homeland Security and the Secretary of Homeland Security in lists of executive departments and officers.
Includes: (1) the Department of Homeland Security in the list of executive departments of the Federal Government; and (2) the Secretary of Homeland Security in the line of presidential succession after the Attorney General.
