Katrina Waste, Fraud, and Abuse Deterrence Act of 2005 - Prescribes penalties to be imposed for any violation of the federal criminal code involving funds appropriated for remediation of any injury or damage caused by Hurricane Katrina that shall be in addition to any other penalty authorized for such violation.
