Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 5-t-butyl-3-(2,4-dichloro-5-isopropoxyphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-one (Oxadiazon).
