Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2009, the duty on 2-Propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, methyl ester, polymer with 1-cyclohexyl-1H-pyrrole-2,5-dione,ethylbenzene and (1-methylethenyl)benzene (ACRYPET UT100).
