To suspend temporarily the duty on 5-Amino-1-[2,6-dichloro-4- (trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4-[(1R,S)-(trifluoromethyl)-sulfiny ]-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonitrile.
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 5-Amino-1-[2,6-dichloro-4- (trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4-[(1R,S)-(trifluoromethyl)-sulfinyl]-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonitrile.
