Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on controllers for electronic power assisted steering systems, rated at 80 amperes at 12 V (module and bracket asy-power steering), designed for use in certain hybrid motor vehicles.
