Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Formulations of NOA 446510 which include NOA 446510 Technical 2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-N-[2-(3-methoxy-4-prop-2-ynyloxy-phenyl)-ethyl]-2-prop-2-ynyloxy-acetamide.
