Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on [1R-[1a(S*),3b]]-2-methyl-4-oxo-3-(2-propenyl)-2-cyclopenten-1yl 2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)cyclopropanecarboxylate (Esbioallethrin).
