Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 1-cyclopropyl-8-(difluoromethoxy)-7-[(1R)-1-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-5-isoindolyl]-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid monomethanesulfonate monohydrate (Garenoxacin mesylate).
