Confluence National Heritage Corridor Act - Establishes a national heritage corridor in the States of Missouri and Illinois to be known as the "Confluence National Heritage Corridor." Designates the Confluence National Heritage Corridor Association to serve as the local coordinating entity for the Heritage Corridor. Requires the Association to prepare and submit a management plan relating to the Heritage Corridor.
