(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The expanded summary of the Senate reported version is repeated here.) Extends the authority, for an additional four years, for relocation expenses test programs for federal employees. Eliminates the limitation on the period of time under which payment of relocation expenses under such programs may be paid. Makes this Act effective as though enacted as part of the Travel and Transportation Reform Act of 1998.
