(This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the House on December 9, 2006. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Eugene Land Conveyance Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey specified Bureau of Land Management land to the city of Eugene, Oregon, to: (1) establish a wildlife viewing area; and (2) construct and operate an environmental education center. Provides that if the Secretary determines that the conveyed land is not being used for the purposes described above: (1) such land (including any improvements to such land) shall, at the Secretary's discretion, revert to the United States; and (2) the United States shall have the right of immediate entry to that land.
