Fair Share for Military Children in Public Schools Act - Amends title VIII (Impact Aid) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to authorize appropriations for basic payments for heavily impacted local educational agencies (LEAs) for eligible federally connected children. Authorizes such funds in amounts equal to increasing portions of the full amount computed for each such LEA for each of FY2007-FY2010, until the full amount is reached for FY2011.
