Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2009, the duty on Dyestuff containing as active ingredient 2,7-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 3,3-[carbonylbis(imino-4,1-phenyleneazo)]bis[4-amino-5-hydroxy-6-(phenylazo)-, tetrasodium salt (Pontamine Green 2B).
