Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make a technical correction in the enrollment of H.R. 3 (Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users or SAFETEA-LU) by eliminating a provision directing the Secretary of the Air Force to open the airfield at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana.
