Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce through December 31, 2009, the duty on formulations of 2,6-dibromo-4-cyanophenyl octanoate (CAS No. 1689-99-2), 2, 6-dibromo-4-cyanophenyl heptanoate (CAS No. 56634-95-8), and 2-ethylhexyl (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)acetate (Bronate Advanced).
