Healthcare Student Financial Assistance Act - Directs the Secretary of Education to make certain revisions to specified regulations for student loan repayment deferment, under the Federal Family Education Loan, Federal Direct Student Loan, and Perkins Loan programs, with respect to borrowers who are in postgraduate medical and dental residency and fellowship programs.
Amends the the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide that a specified limitation on students in medical residency programs does not apply to students in dental residency programs under certain student loan deferment provisions.
