Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2009, the duty on 3,3-Dimethylbutanoic acid, 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-1-oxaspiro[4.4]non-3-en-yl ester (Spiromesifen).
