Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend the suspension, through December 31, 2008, of the duty on 4-[[4,6-bis(octylthio)091,3,5-traizine-2-yl]amino]-2,6-bis(1 1-dimethylethyl)phenol.
