Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Formulations of Clodinafop-propargyl which include ClodinafopTechnical - Propanoic acid, 2-[4-[(5-chloro-3-fluoro-2-pyridinyl)oxy]-phenoxy]-2-propynyl ester.
