Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 3-[4-Aminobenzensulfonyl)isobutylamino]-1-benzyl-2-hydroxypropyl]carbamic acid, hexahydrofuro[2,3-b]furan-3-yl ester ethanolate (TMC114).
