To suspend temporarily the duty on 2,7-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 4-amino-5-hydroxy-6-[[2-methoxy-5-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfon yl]phenyl]azo]-3-[[4-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfonyl]phenyl]azo -, tetrasodium salt.
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 2,7-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 4-amino-5-hydroxy-6-[[2-methoxy-5-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfon yl]phenyl]azo]-3-[[4-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfonyl]phenyl]azo -, tetrasodium salt.
