Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 2-Anthracenesulfonic acid, 4-[[3-(acetylamino)phenyl]amino]-1-amino-9,10-dihydro-9,10-d ioxo-, monosodium salt.
