Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on (+/-)-tetrahydrofurfuryl-(R)-2-[4-(6-chloroquinoxalin-2-yloxy)phenoxy] propanoate and any mixtures containing such compound (Pantera Technical).
