Promotion Responsibility for Our U.S. Aviation Act of 2005 - Amends federal transportation law to direct the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in carrying out safety regulation, to consider as being in the public interest: (1) regulating air commerce in a way that best promotes development of safety; and (2) promoting civil aeronautics.
