Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Trifloxysulfuron-Sodium Technical 2-pyridinesulfonamide, N-[[(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)amino]carbonyl]-3-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-monosodium salt (Trifloxysulfuron-Sodium Technical).
