Calls for the federal government to: (1) continue to provide necessary training, equipment, and other resources to protect emergency medical technicians and paramedics as they perform their duties; and (2) deliver homeland security grants and first responder funding quickly and efficiently where needed most by emergency medical technicians and paramedics to enhance local emergency medical services capacity.
