Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on mixtures of insecticide containing Gamma-Cyhalothrin ((S)-a-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl (Z)-(1R, 3R)-3-(2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropenyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate) as the active ingredient and application adjuvants.
