Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend the suspension, through December 31, 2008, of the duty on 1-[[2-(2,4- dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]-methyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole (propiconazole).
