Northwest Indian Legacy Act - Amends the National Trails System Act to include the 1855 Treaty Trail, used during treaty negotiations with Indian tribes of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana, within a study by the Secretary of the Interior of trails considered for designation as a national historic trail.
