Prohibits Abraham Jaars, Delicia Jaars, and Grant Jaars from being removed from, or denied admission to, the United States by reason of any act that is a ground for removal or denial and that is reflected in the records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the Department of Justice or the Visa Office of the Department of State.
Directs the Attorney General to rescind any outstanding order of removal or deportation, or any finding of deportability, that has been entered against Abraham Jaars, Delicia Jaars, and Grant Jaars by reason of any such act.
